We’ve just put up for sale ComicBookCritics.com, “Comic Book Reviews from Around the Web.” It’s a site we had lots of hope for. It took off quickly, but the time required to maintain the site made it hard to continue. The ideal buyer would be a comic book lover with experience in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, and RSS. If the buyer can spend a few hours a week consolidating reviews and scores and some time dedicated to marketing it, it can be huge.

It will probably remained parked until he masters HTML (we’re thinking about teaching him English first).

All other things being equal, ads located above the fold tend to perform better than those below the fold. Ads placed near rich content and navigational aids usually do well because users are focused on those areas of a page.”
